"I recently rented an apartment from Pearson Properties and every aspect of the experience was a dream. The apartment was perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood just blocks from downtown Newburyport. It was well-maintained and spacious, and to say it was reasonably priced is an understatement.Pearson Properties is a family business and it shows in the way their properties are handled, whether it be stopping by in the evening to save me when I had accidentally locked myself out or extending my lease for a few months while I waited for renovations to be completed on my new place. Every time I asked Pearson Properties for a little they gave a whole lot more, and while I love my new home it was with no small amount of reluctance that I left the old behind. Pearson Properties is everything a property rental business should be and I recommend that anyone looking for an apartment start with them."                                                                    —Thomas Smith
